Snapdeal has the wrost service. Brought lenova A100 a month back. Returned the item as it had some internal fault. After 2 weeks they are telling me that I have forgotten to send them the earphone and they cant diagnose the problem and will send back the phone as it is which is not the case. I sent the phone as it is with every thing inside. When asked about their process of picking the item they tell me they check the item once it reaches snapdeal even through there is a process where they have to check ig everything is present while picking it up. Due to their negligence I hot the fault phone over that they sent me the phone without earphone
