I ordered this phone on 28th October 2015 and recieved it on 30th October 2015. As I opened the box I was shocked to see that the warranty card and User manual and sim opening pin was missing from the smartphone box. It seems the seller sent a used phone or an unboxed phone. The seller name is’TVS Electronics’ which sells a number of items on flipkart and rated 4.8/5.
Really disappointed by snapdeal as there seems to be so many complaints doing round on the internet where customers have received fake products from the sellers and snapdeal is not communicating to its customers about the steps they have taken stop such things.
They should definitely have more checks in place and weed out such sellers who indulge in such malpractices. My order ID is Order ID: 9600035519 I have raised a complaint and waiting to see how soon snapdeal will replace the product with a genuine one.
