HEY I purchased a Dell Inspiron on "10 oct 2013". 15 3521-TOUCH (Intel Core i3 3217 U - 4GB RAM- 500GB Hard Disk Drive- 15.6 Inch HD Touch Screen- Windows 8, 64-Bit- Integrated Graphics) (Black) Laptop on SNAP DEAL ORDER ID IS "1319513762" I PURCHASED IT FOR "RS 38000" and they delivered it lately and also laptop is not good so I made a call to customer care and ask about "refund policy".
I want to return it but they were telling that you can’t get any refund and I had made a call to snap-deal at the same day on delivery but they told me that there will be no refund. I even dropped mail for several times regarding this issue as well as made calls for several times no response from the company side.
Really, I have wasted my money 38000 by purchasing on snap deal. Snap deal is big cheat.don’t buy anything from snap-deal really we will waste money their refund policy is to see that’s it t
