I send back my product on 11th which they received on the 13th today is 27th no update on my refund.Every time I call them they are like we will update you soon I don’t know how much time is soon.I tried to contact them on twitter too but the same "soon" response I will suggest please don’t buy from snapdeal a lot of people facing same problem.
