Its been a worst experience interacting with you all from TVS, Brilliant TVS and Snapdeal. I have placed order on 12th May 2016 and you being a big ecommerce giant has taken more than a week to send SMS verification to proceed with the process. Snapdeal has assured that the ex showroom price would not exceed the price mention in the order but the ground reality is entirely different. The price of TVS Phoenix Drum is 55895/- ex showroom price which ever might be the PIN code I select and while the Disc break would cost is Rs 57995/- and the color I choose was RED BLACK.
I have contacted dealer while I was waiting for verification code and was told that the on road price for Phoenix Disc REDBLACK would cost 58395/-+ Rs 8833/- which includes road tax, insurance, extended warranty and registration charges. Since I thought going with snapdeal was beneficial I placed order but now comes another expense which would be 2% of Cred824it card charges which I have later conveyed to Grievance officer from Snapdeal who blankly said that there should not be any charges as such and to not to contact any one as they are working in the background to complete the order but till now there is no result.
Keeping aside the worst service ever service snapdeal has given I have interacted with ASM of TVS Mr. PrasAnasultan who said that the prices mentioned in snapdeal are outdated and even after giving updated price list to snapdeal they have not update the prices which is again a worst ever from a ecommerce giant.
I have interacted with Ramkey TVS who were very good at service but unfortunately the dealer was not visible in the snapdeal dealers list. They have also confirmed with me that any Cred824it card transaction with Ramkey would not have 2% charges which is 1200+.
TVS ASM Mr.PrasAnasultan when argued with him has taken a back foot when I asked him why TVS and snapdeal as a business requirement hasnt gone behind snapdeal to update the price of their products.
Snapdeal and TVS should not have come to an agreement to sell the products online when they have lot of glitches and a worst understanding between them regarding the process that needs to be followed to complete the order. Being a big wigs in their won products & service are not aware of how to complete an online order.
Its now become a big headache for me for the Rs 1000/- I paid snapdeal for this order. I want resolution and I need some one from snapdeal and TVS to co-ordinate with me to complete the order or cancel the order so that I can place a new order directly with Ramkey TVS.
Its been a hectic and frustrating day for me to interact with CS of Snapdeal who would not transfer my call to grievance team as they dont have such process or number to do it. I have been with CS of snapdeal for more than 50 min and the customer care rep placed me on hold and later hung up. This is again a filthy service from snapdeal and snapdeal should be ashamed for the service you have given me.
I have called customer service and raised multiple ticket with grievance but all they need is 24hrs for each interaction to provide resolution. If you dont have complete process in place and knowledge about the ground reality then you are not fit to launch automobile products in your site. My only concern is either you make sure Cred824it card charges are not levied at Brilliant TVS or cancel the order and refund my Rs 1000/- initial amount I paid Snapdeal for this order.
I want this to be a lesson for everybody who wishes to place order online for automobile. Snapdeal is not fit to be in this product line.
Today 5/24/216 @9:41 AM 2 SMS from snapdeal saying that they tried to contact me but I was not reachable which is totally incorrect. This shows the way snapdeal deals with their customers and that we should never trust these bloody blood suckers.
