Recently I bought 2 products from snapdeal for my wife from different sellers of course. First one was a School Pedi electronic foot file and second an Silk Epilator.
I received the first product within 3 days and was of acceptable quality. The second one d Silk Epilator was delivered in about 7 days time, but the shocking part was when the product was opened by my wife she found it to be an used product with lots of Cut hair sticking on to its blades and the product itself looking old with scratches all over the body of the product.
So I requested for return of this product. But its been 15 days since my request that nothing has happened with regard to the same. No contact from the courier company and snapdeal very cleverly sent me a mail saying your phone wasn’t reachable by the courier. After 2 further attempts to call customer care I have still not got any call from their courier company NUVOEX. My order 8356278247 of Snapdeal of Amount Rs.993/-.
Further surprise is that my SD app doesn’t show my previous orders any more in my Order History. Very clever SnapDeal.Like your name u are clever even in snapping the deal with your customers. It won’t be much early you guys will shut shop. I hate Snapdeal will never recommend or order thru snapdeal ever again.Cheats number one.
