This is with regards to my Order#: 1822970772

The product when I received it was already in broken condition. I sent them an email from the same attaching the pictures to raise a complaint and when I didn’t get a revert from their end, I called up their customer services to inform them of the same, what they told me is that they have already received the mail. I was surprised to know that even after receiving the mail they didn’t replied on the same. Even after that I have send them several emails and calls and after a month they arranged the reverse pick up on 15th April, 2014 and since then there is no response from their end.


Whereas Supervisor Sandeep committed me that the issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs after the reverse pick up which is already been done week back.


Thanks for letting me know the status of your company at such a low cost order.


Today is 23rd April, 2014 and I have no update from there end every time I have to send them an email as I have already informed that I cannot attend the calls even, then there is no response from their end.


#Snapdeal.com is the worst online shopping website I have ever seen.
