Worst customer care

This is my second update on my same complaint, almost 20 days now without any revert for my complaint, these snapdeal guys don’t respect the customers.They claim as largest online shopping centre (who don’t even have spare product to replace a faulty one even after 20 days -pathetic).


I got a HD media player from this snapdeal.com. It never got delivered as per the committed date.


Then after receiving, I found the product to be defective, not at all working, I tried calling the customer care and they said to attend my case it will take them 48 hrs to call me back ( I don’t understand why it takes 48 hrs to just make a call to me). and the response by the  cc team is very poor.


I will never make any other order through this site, and don’t recommend this to any one.


Pls avoid this site.
