Hello guys , this is Guru Prasad and I am giving a review on this snapdeal.com and my review will be simple and useful for many who are buying products from the snapdeal.com .
Couple of weeks back I ordered an back case and tempered glass for my redmi 2 Prime . Then after 10 days I got my back case and tempered glass the package was good but I am totally disappointed with the product in it. Back case was good and it was packed good but that tempered glass they gave us around 1 and it doesn’t suit my mobile and I asked Snapdeal to refund my amount but they refused it.
Customer service :
Customer service was not good because they send me a wrong product and I asked them to refund my amount but they refuse to give my amount so it wasted my Money the tempered glass which cost me 200 rupees but I didn’t care about it .
Product quality :
The product came from Snapdeal are a back case
And a tempered glass and the backcase was good product but the tempered glass was a not fit my mobile and they sent me a wrong on.
Delivery timeliness :
When I ordered it showed me it will come take 7 days to deliver but I got my products on 8th day from my ordered day.
App and website :
App and website of snapdeal.com are good and fast . And it is simple to use.
