I ordered a watch on Sanpdeal and since they don’t have open box facility it is hard to analyse if you have received the right product. And you have to go through a hassle of returns/exchange. But the trust between a customer and seller is what made me place this order.
This time since I had a suspicion, I asked the delivery boy to open the box and take the money and what I find in the nicely sealed box is NOTHING!
My sixth sense saved me from giving away the money and later regretting.
This shows how deceitful the seller or the company is. Please don’t accept any product from snapdeal until you check the box.
I’d like to mention that in such cases, often delivery boys are victims. They get the blame of the fraud.
