A curse to the e-commerce industry

I had order a Nokia mobile to gift my dad on his birthday, on 6th june made the full payment online, and the got a confirmation regarding order no   order 592201332 shipping address : (north tripura, dharmanagar) the product went half way to Kolkata and got returned back and i got a e mail that your product has been delivered (20th June), but it was not delivered, it went back to snapdeal, i called sanpdeal customer service and asked them is any where in the Indian map West Bengal , kolkata near by my delivery address in north tripura dharmanagar and why was it returned back, they had no reply.


After a lot of struggle they again shipped out my product on (27th June ) order no. 618208658. But till date the product has not been delivered its been almost a month . In this whole process i had made them std calls to there customer care for more than 35 times and had send more than 20 e mails. ( i have a proof)


I had spoken and sent mails to:puneet.kukreja@jasperindia.com , rakesh.yadav@jasperindia.com, rishabh.jain@jasperindia.co m, ramit.kumar@jasperindia.com, manish.kumar/ dutta.( all supervisors)


I don`t even remember whom all i spoke too. I had even sent mail to mr kunal bahl. Ceo of the company, but no response. I regret the day i decided to buy a product from there website. Pathetic service .


Snapdeal.com/jasperindia.com has ruined my hope to gift a present to my dad on his birthday, the company has to pay for the mental agony, distress, un -professionalism and the pain they caused me and a shame from my family members to be a irresponsible son.


This is a cheating to the customers and playing with there money, if the hold money from one customer for rs, 5000 in a day then, if 1000 customers they would get 5000000, they get benefit of the interest and also rolling on the money for there business, saying that the product is not available and many more excuse. They are a shame to the e commerce industry. i will take every steps possible to save lakhs of Indians who are facing the same problem from the e commerce industry


I regret the day i decided to buy a product from there website.
