I had the misfortune of ordering a red baby stroller on snap deal online.
After ten days the wrong stroller was delivered but the delivery note and the mail mentioned it as red stroller when it was a horrible blue one which was totally different one from what I had ordered.
I raised a complaint with customer care and they promised to replace it and sent a message saying reverse pick up order no0340278 would be done by Mr Ramesh.
This message was sent on the 10th of December but all that has happened is every day they promise to pick up the product and they send msgs daily to that effect but till now no one has turned up.
The staff at customer care are useless and rude and most of the time they fail to comprehend what we are trying to put across.
They just keep repeating a scripted dialogue like parrots.when I asked to speak to the supervisor they keep assuring they will call back but never do so.
I am really fed up with their inefficiency. I have ordered from other sites and they are so professional and never had any issues with them.
I will never ever order anything more from snap deal. I have documented all the calls made to them including their mail and I think I should take them to consumer court.
