We have been calling them recurrently past 10days for getting refund of rs 386. However, the company has not refunded the amount yet.
And is making false promises and assurances that we would receive the refund in 2-3 days. Snapdeal is not all trustworthy website and we would not recommend anyone to shop from snapdeal specially through credit card
