Though Snapdeal offers better discounts as compared to other sites, the service provided is pathetic. The Support team rarely replies to your queries, product quality is also bad.
I have ordered a few items from SD before, mainly because of the discounts offered, but never have I been fully satisfied with the service, the delivery time or even the product.
Unnecessary delays in shipping, cancellation of orders without even explaining the reasons to the customers, bad product variety and quality - I’ll give SD a big thumbs down.
