Laptop Battery

Ordered lenovo battery from snapdeal and the seller delivered the battery to address. but the battery delivered was not the one I requested. I was out of my native for sometime and in my home, they are not aware of battery model name. After I reached home, I have checked the battery and came to know the model name of the product delivered is wrong one.


So, I have tried to raise replacement request by 8th day after the product delivered. But snapdeal app was not allowing me to raise replacement request since their trustpay time is over for replacement. But I called their customer care and informed the issue I have faced. But they were keep on telling you got the product in good condition and you did not raise replacement request within 7  days, so we cannot replace the product.


They were not ready to check with seller and me what is the issue happened and resolve it. So, if someone is ordering any product from Snapdeal, please verify it asap after delivery. Snapdeal team should increase the 7 days timeline to a month or atleast they should check with seller, customer and sort out the issue.
