Sub:- snapdeal deliver ‘Marble Stone’ instead of Laptop.
My name is harjit singh residence of Patiala. I order a laptop from Snapdeal on 11 Feb 2015, and on 15th feb 2015 I received a box. When I oppend it I was shocked, there is nothing except a big marble stone. I called the delivery boy he told me that he is not responsible, you have to call to snapdeal customer care. They asked for one week investigation after 10 days when I called then they told me that they found in their investigation that they deliver a laptop not any stone and they will not refund my money back. Please help me to get my money back.
