I had purchased a Micromax phone from snapdeal, btd product delivered was defective.. the phone just didnt start...
I dialed them n informed them about dis, and they assured me that the product would be replaced within next 48 hrs, however its been over 12 days I m still in dark regarding d status of my replacement.
I called them 10 times a day n they assure me that they will get back to me with a solution, however every time I cal them they come up with something or d other..I have gone through a lot of harassment in d last 10 days dealing with Snapdeal and Micromax service centre....
I will never make any purchases from snapdeal in the future... My most pathetic experience buying online...
