Its amuzing how these online ecommerce websites can get into the nerves of the customer and lure them to discounts where the customer does not even know that they are ending up by paying the same amount which they would have if they visited stores.
Certainly the discounts offered on FMCG and electronics are the only segmemts where these guys can offer discounts but the projection is altogether different.
To enter the segment Snapdeal did good but later joined the league of Flipkart and Paytm; only bogus discounts available and the only benefit customer gets is door delivery of products.
Had good number of purchases made from Snapdeal thinking that I am getting discounts and saving money however when compared to buying products from stored there were not much of a difference and mostly all warranty related documents are never sealed by the seller from Snapdeal and they do not even care about it.
Ultimately I did not find Snapdeal to be in my dil ki deal.!
