I bought cycle from Snapdeal.com on 3rd Oct The order reached mahipalpur on 6th Oct. from that day til date no delivery. Date of delivery was 10 oct . When I call, every three hours, they are only escalating the matter . Now just to safe gaurd themselves, they change the delivery date and say now u wait till then . Mahipalpur and my residence is 30-40 mins away. if one even rides the cycle they could reach withing 2 hours or less .
2nd Horrible experience. I will never order again . and recommend if any one does please only order cash on delivery. Atleast your money will not get stuck.
Useless and pathetic customer care and their supervisors of the team are not even available when asked to speak to. Biggest cheats .
