Empty parcel-No Refund.Worst Experience with SD

Worst Experience with SnapDeal. I have ordered Fastrack watch on 19th Oct 2013. I received empty parcel after long wait. I have contacted them for more than 25 plus times through calls and mails, but no response and progress from their side. Order number 1344175135 complaint number 3644261. It’s been one month and there is no action from their side. I even asked for 50% cash back in case if full refund is not possible. But all in vain.I don’t understand why they keep all such stupid tag lines like 7 days refund, 100% cash back etc etc when they can’t reach customer satisfaction.


I even asked for SD cash if refund is not possible but they are not at all responding. Every day I call them I receive the same old answer " we will get back to you in 48 hrs"  but that 48 hrs will never come. Awaiting at-least I would get 50% of my amount back.


Don’t ever go with snapdeal.
