Cheated by snapdel.com , locked up money illegally

I have ordered Micromax Q5C mobile on snapdeal.com on 26.08.2012 and paid fully Rs 2700 through credit card. But since then I get no response from them . I called everyday customer care. He /She says that order is not shipped yet! I am a regular purchaser from shopping.Indiatimes.Com or babyoye.Com, they usually delivered the product within 5 days to 7 days. But snapdeal bites the dust. 50 hours gone , no shipment , no sms , phone or email follow up from their side. I read lot of bad review about them in internet after my ordering. I think I am cheated . I also knew their business associate Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd is expert in delivering faulty product on behalf of snapdeal.Com . Please take a stern action on them . A portal who spoil the reputation of online shopping . I appeal complete ban on them.


Meanwhile I give my order ID which is 702173992. They have the worst customer service (Email/Phone). I expect a faulty product from them if they are kind enough to me ! and asked me to go service center like they DID on others! coz there is evil nexus between snapdeal and Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd. Pls dont buy anything from snapdeal, snap all your ties from snapdeal if u r not ready to be victimized.I sent emails after emails , but same automated email response .Finally I had to cancel my order on 30 Th August. I want immediate refund of my Rs.2700 . They said it will be done between 7-21 days. Another evil way to deprive customers . They will use my money within this time . In this days of NEFT/RTGS it need 1 minute to send the money and you take 7-21 days promise.


As I am an advocate I will approach consumer court if you did not refund money and will claim a compensation for disturbing peace of mind .
