Cheating

I ordered a mop on 6.10.14 & order no. was 3043138572 but it did not came.


I ordered the mop again on 16.10.14 & order no. was 3212748746 but it did not came


I ordered the mop again on 2.11.14 & order no.3415132462 but I received a cancellation message today on 6.11.14.


it is clear cheating and fraud. When company can not send the order to us then why it booked our order.
