I placed Order ID: 10075449209(Suborder Id: 12785828303), On 14 Nov, 2015 on Snapdeal.com for a TV "LG 32LF6300 80 cm(32) Full HD Smart LED Television" and paid by net banking.
I was delivered a cheap model.
I asked Snapdeal to replace with the correct model. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CORRECT MODEL WAS STILL BEING SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE AS AVAILABLE.
I raised 3 support cases stating the same.
Instead of replacing the model, they have gone back from their contract and are saying that they have refunded the money.
First they made false promises of Diwali discounts and now they just turned back from their word.Go with Flipkart or Amazon. Never with Snapdeal or Shopclues.
