I ordered a 50 inch Panasonic 50 inch 3D LED Tv-TH-50AS670D on 12th October’14. While ordering the shipping date was 13th Oct and it changed to 16th october with no communication from Snapdeal.
All I have received from them are three emails confirming receipt of the order and a hyperlink to track my order. Clicking on tracking gives you an update which is not updated real time unlike Amazon or Flipkart which is surprising.
The call center is hard to get through and even if you do, the information is nothing more than the online update.worthless. I am waiting for the order with fingers crossed and hoping the TV delivered is brand new and in sealed condition. Hoping Snapdeal takes special interest in reading my review and respond positively.
