1st I purchased a book how can I heal you. but my good experience comes when I bought meizu m2 actually not bought but ordered,
I ordered meizu m2 in 2nd flash sale(main reason was 500 rupees off if I paid online) and my order get confirmed but next day my order got canceled. I called snapdeal customer service and asked but they replied that stock got empty so my order get canceled. I old that I ordered because that time 500 rupeed off in meizu m2 so they provide 500 rupees coupon in my account without any delay so I feel they have amazing customer service.
the only thing I did not like of snapdeal is customer care number which is not toll free. every shopping site have their own customer care number but snapdeal does not have.so give only 4 out of 5 star.
