I have been shopimg from online websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm almost for last 4-5 years. Now from last I have been started using snapdeal.com by watching various deals and advertisement from various websites. Till now I almost ordered 4 items which is 1 bagpack, 1 jeans , 1 watch and 1 basic headphone. But I haven’t impressed with snapdeal for some reasons. So I want share my reasons with you guys. So lets start with thing which I liked.
Liked
Various offer shopping with Indusind Bank card which is.
Few segment collections are good like watches, clothing etc.
Not Liked
Delivery is too slow. The fastest delivery I get is 6 days. I am living in kolkata but still too slow delivery. The other e-commerce site I use delivered some items within 1-2 days. If anyome living outside metropolitan city I don’t know what is the delivery time for them.
Price too much high on maximum items. I have compared the price with other e-commerce sites , they are selling at lower cost than snapdeal.
Few product quality is not adequate. My few friends also complained about the quality of product from Snapdeal specially clothings.
