SnapDeal delivered a HP headset, which had manufacturing defect. They offed me to get it collected and work with HP to get it rectified. After they received product back on 24th Jan, I waited for a month, they could not return this headset. They offered me to refund my money, now it is another month almost, no refund in sight.
Even sending a direct mail to their CEO Kunal did not solve my problem. I know it was read, as I got a call same day but only empty promise.
When things got into such situation, they stopped replying me on mail. Just give empty promises on phone.
Looks like this company does not have any resolution mechanism, if product get delivered customer is happy otherwise they do not care. It is hit and miss. 49% 4 and 5 star rating and 41% poor rating seems to suggest that.
