Today’s I wants to share my review on this online site snapdeal this site according to is so worst and my experience with this site is so bad .
I hear this site is good for shopping then I shop last week a semi-steached dress its pakistani suit for my ammi . As I order grey and white colour suit but its colour is change suit look purple and white also I order 40 size but come 36 in size its short and other demerit is that its dupatta colour also changed before order this I think I surprised my mother and gift her and take to much time in delivery its 8 day after order .
But I can’t after seeing this suit I totally get unhappy and scared about that its not according to catlok given on screen .
The proce of suit is 2200 but it looks just 1000 its so bad then I wants to return it and call to customer service they not pick up my call regular 2 to 3 days I call them.
Then they caller tuner pic call and said email yr problems on snapdeal then I emai them I wait for there reply then next day delivery boy come take my details and I said I want replacement on my order but he reply that there is no any replacement for this suit .i am so scared by that and feeling unconscious about my order .
That time I decided to refund on that to delivery boy he said refund will be in yur account so first of all yu have give yr bank account details on snapdeal email address.
After that I email my bank account details on help https://m.mouthshut.com/snapdeal rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@snapdeal .com friends yu cant believe I was wait for my refund for 10 day and regular ten days I email then but from snapdeal no any reply comes out .
They only cheated with the customer’s, I want to abuse such a stupid and lazy online site the survice is so slow that it takes about 10 - 12 days I am totally disappointed by such a bad site that why I bought thing from this site. So I feel that this site only want people money but don’t understand the labour behind earning money, so at last I want to end my view by writing that this type of site only a online money stolen site so please don’t buy products from this site only this method to take revenge.
