Hi frnds , I m using snapdeal from last 2 years, and I am not satisfying with this, for may reason,
1- the over view of the snapdeal site / app, it is not attractive then other online selling app, or sites , like amazon.in, or flipkart like this,
But it’s ok or average site,
2- customer support , is all good in way to solving the problem of the customer , but it is good but not the best of best like others,
3-product quality , for this product quality is all not good in term of small products like , chargers , power bAnks, and many more ,
4-products advatisments , the showing of product in apps or in sites ia also average way , that’s way , it is not as good as other apps or sites like Amazon or flipkart, eBay
5- product delivery in all the possible pin codes, is all a big problm in this , and all the product are not available in all the pin codes in india, it is also a big problem ,
6- products are not available with all the options like , COD , Net banking, or card pay, or any other ways , only some of product are available on COD , and some of Card pay , and some of net banking,
7- and most important is that , is the offers on product , may of product are sell with no offer , some % off , on products,
8-Delivery timing is all not good , some product are taking 15 day to shiping , and many time more days they will take for shiping,
9- App and website is ok for me, but not vry good, they have to work more on there website
And apps, include some more offers , and more products and many other way to increase their popularity,
10- my all the points are good or bad , but it’s my point of view, hope u will see and , added ur comments , thanks , ????????
