Below is the snippet of emails, I sent to snapdeal but never got any reply from them till date. Also tried to call them many times on their 24*7 but they picked my call only once and then they blocked me. Now everything is in vain and it’s up to you to decide whether you want to buy the products from snapdeal or not and waste your hard earned money.

As mentioned in the below mail, I had ordered 2 trousers on 22 May, 2013 with order no. 1003902120. One trouser was "Viggo Classic Grey Trouser, Size 30" and another one was "Alano Black Cotton Trouser, Size 30". I appreciate your efforts and confirm that I have received both the trousers in a very short span of time.
I checked them and the products were actually what I had ordered. I was very happy to see them and with snapdeal.
But when I wear them, the cheaper one that is Viggo trouser was ok, but the other trouser that is Alano trouser was holy crap. It is mentioned on the trouser that it is size 30, but when you wear it; it seems like size 34. I am attaching the comparison pics of both the trousers I received from you.
Please let me know what I can do in this case as I really cannot wear it and it is useless for me. I am also aware of the fact that your refund policy does not cover these kind of cases. It only covers those cases where the product is defective or damaged.
I think you should check what your customers are going to get before the product is delivered to them. I am not a newbie in online buying. I have been buying products from tradus, ebay, flipkart, pepperfry, zovi, freecultr to name a few.My friend told me about the offer you have and this is the first time I bought from snapdeal. Now I regret my decision.
Please do suggest If this Alano trouser can be returned.
Please note that if this trouser cannot be returned in any case; then please do arrange to collect it from me and hand it over back to the seller since this is of no use for me and I will eventually through it away in the garbage. I also don’t want my money back.
I hope you would understand my concern.
