I am a great fan of amir khan for his creative movies. when he started advertising for snapdeal, I thought he is a perfectionist and would definitely studied the authenticity of snapdeal before endorsing it. so I changed my online orders to snapdeal. I ordered a micromax datacard through snapdeal recently. the product came to me in one week. it does not work at all. I tried with so many technical experts as well.
When I called snapdeal customer support, a girl named anushka answered. she was very rude to me. she refused to listen to my complaint and said that I should call the micromax dealer and not snapdeal. she bluntly refused to accept the complaint.
I am so disappointed with snapdeal. more so because amir khan is endorsing it.
