Amount Blocked by snapdeal for one month

I have booked Nokia C2-06 (Graphite) cell phone though snap deal on 29/08/2012. Same has been dispatched through first flight. Still after long period of 20 days it has not delivered to me and while tracking  it is showing that due to transportation issue it is cancelled and now it may take 7 to 21 more to refund back to my A/c.


It means ~5000/- Rs is blocked by snapdeal for 1 to 1.5 month.
