Recently on 3rd November I ordered an item at a good deal. So far they haven’t shipped it. I keep getting this message "item is packed and waiting for the courier pick up"
I am never confident shopping at snapdeal. Either pin code not supported, website too slow, messy and confusing interface. There is a link raise a complaint which is supposed to allow you to send email. It never works.
Today I tried 11/11 deals. It is such a slow website, a waste of time poor deals I purchased nothing. Shopping at snapdeal is not so pleasant. Amazon is even worse, they made me wait for 3-4 weeks and cancelled 5 orders in a row.
Flipkart the best so far.
