BIG No (bad experience and worst customer care)

I came know about snapdeal a couple of months back through its advertisement on some website. I bought an online coupon of pizza hut. It was ok. But I got same deal from pizza hut for free few days later. I am not unhappy about that, I got what I bought.


I made another purchase on 25th march. This time it was not a coupon. I bought a keyboard and mouse combo. The estimated shipping date was 1st april which was extended to 4th april and then to 7th april by snapdeal.


It has been 20 days since I placed the order. I have made 3 complaints by mail and 3 complaints on phone. I always get a vague answer that it will be resolved soon. Soon has never come till now. Issue is still pending even when snapdeal promises to resolve to complaints in two days.


The same product was 100 rupees expensive on ebay and flipkart but I never had such horrible experience with them. I really regret that I ordered it from snapdeal.


I will let you know when I receive my keyboard. My advice never order anything from snapdeal if you need them soon.

Received mail from snapdeal four days ago that they have cancelled my order(without consulting me). So, I could see the height of unprofessional behavior and bad service. Never going to order anything from them.


I ordered the same thin from flipkart yesterday. I is shipped today and will get it by tuesday. I will update when I get it. 5 starts to flipkart and 0 to the looser snapdeal.
