I am an avid online shopper. I really appreciate the service offered by Snapdeal. It is not about low prices, it is more about the customer satisfaction and the extended support from Snapdeal team. I have recently move from Pune to Chandigarh and I continued to shop online.
One thing that I observed the delay in delivery time with other online shopping portals however I was amazed by the commitment by Snapdeal team. I was well communicated through SMS and their courier partners too very stringent about timelines.
I think the USP of Snapdeal is not the web exp. but Customer satisfaction. Kudos!
