I bought two Seagate 160 GB Hard Disk Drives with ONE year warranty from SnapDeal.com on November 15, 2014 via order No. 3587255240. I installed one of them in my computer immediately and it worked fine.
After One month, I tried to Install the other hard drive...but the computer failed to recognize it. So I took it to nearest Seagate Service center with a copy of the Invoice from SnapDeal.com - they told me that it is a faulty hard disk drive, and SINCE it is an OEM product they cannot provide any service; and told me to contact SnapDeal.com only.
I called SnapDeal.com, and they asked me to go to the Seagate Service Center only for replacement; I explained them that I have already done that....so they told me that they will get back to me.
Today, after nearly 2 months of constant followup via email and phone, I am yet to receive any replacement on my product.
This is the beginning of my first BAD experience with Online shopping. SnapDeal.com has very pathetic after sales service....at least on such products.
