I purchased a Sling bag from snap deal and started to use. Exactly by the 2nd and 3rd day the shoulder belt started to stretch at the joint from the bag. Initially I thought some material skin worn out and that would be not a big problem. I used that sling bag to keep my mobile, pen, kerchief, visiting cards etc small stuff that are handy and light for daily use . 4th day I saw that the shoulder belt is detaching from the bag, I tried to reach the customer care and couldnt reach since the electronic automated voice rejected the calls saying that you havent purchased recently and then immediately I mailed to snap-deal sending all these photos and issues happened and requested to replace the same product. One of Snap Deal executive called me 3 to 4 days later, I explained him the issue and requested for the replacement, I wanted the same product to be replaced. The answer which I got was the time to replacement or refund is 7 days which is already expired we cant help you any more. I have been trying to reach them since the 4th day due to technical and bad customer relationship and service strategy of their company, A customer could not reach the customer service executive ever. Because of a E-mail written to them, they gave me a call back after 3 to 4 days leading to the expiration of the time for replacement and gave me a answer that they cant help since the time has lapsed. And now I am left with this defective product where the belt is detaching from the bag which doesnt make sense to call it a sling bag.

Snap Deal doesnt have a proper customer care services and they are not service oriented only money oriented. If they are a service oriented company they will give importance to customer satisfaction and will keep a better customer relation and service strategy and would be approachable. In this case they take money they, give a Scarp and wash hands there thats it.
