The cheaters of the year award goes to "SNAPDEAL"

I need to bring your attention to what happens when snap-deal releases the shopping festival advertisement. They wan’t to cheat you by grabbing multiple payments from you. with the assurance to work on excess payment returns in "5-7 days" they are not able to do it even a month, and then they ask some call center guys to just play with the customers, keep lingering around with providing dates of extension, customer not picking the calls(which have not been made in actual). Here are the details:-


I placed an order by the order number 390503285 on date 10-12-14. The payment was deducted twice from my account. As soon as I made the payment I called the team to notify them that the money has been deducted twice. They answered me that the return will be initiated in 5-7 days. After 15 days I send the a mail saying that it has still not been initiated. They ask me for "PROOF". I mailed them the snapshot of my credit card statement and also the payment gateway confirmation mentioning the desired transaction IDs.


After providing all the details what the team did was create a complaint, FINALLY.


Snap deal:-  "This email is in regard to your complaint # 13308193."


But it has been almost 40 days now, the refund is still in the air somewhere, what kind of response does they expect for such websites who cheat their own customers.


Shameful act from the so called leading website.


Also attached the snapshot of the transactions been made by me.
