Faulty Sony Laptop Delivered

I had ordered a Sony Vaio laptop and the trackpad had some problem in it, so I contacted them and they asked me to contact Sony.


I went to the Sony Service Center and they just told me everything is fine and they are not even listening to my problem!


That’s the kind of customer service you get even after you buy such a premium laptop?
