I have ordered a game CD on 11th April 2013, which was to be delivered on or before 16th April 2013. But till 22nd of April after making two complaint Snapdeal people has not taken any action.
Now the purpose of taking the product is time barred. While Snapdeal has not yet committed when the product will be delivered they are not willing to refund money, nor allowing me to talk to any senior customer support person.
Snapdeal is made to cheat, they give false delivery time, once a consumer is in their hand, he has no alternative but to dance to snapdeal’s whims and fancies.
