Hii guyz,
I have ordered a smartphone from snapdeal.com at cash on delivery after 5 days I the courierman from ECOMM EXPRESS arrived with a box and asked for money first then the delivery I asked him to open the box he was refusing it finally I bought the money and asked him to open the box and after opening the box I found that there was an another cheap sellphone inside the box I asked the person to explain but without speaking anything he vanished from my place
I dont know if it was a mistake of snapdeal or courier person or courier agency but it was a very bad experience of shopping I cant say that snapdeal is bad shopping site but I was disappointed by this
