I ordered a computer hard-disk(order-id: 2458951060) from snapdeal a month back.
Firstly, the hard-disk was not in its original seal packing, so it could have been a used hard disk which they shipped to me.Further, the hard disk was packed just in a single sheet of bubble-wrap with a thin cardboard covering. Who would pack an electronic item(having mechanical movable parts) like this? As expected, the hard disk did not work at all on the computer.
I raised a complain for refund and they did a pick-up quickly(the only nice thing I see on their part), but it has been lying with them since 28th September(30 days now).On calling them, they say the hard disk is sent to their ’technical team’ and they would respond back ASAP. But they don’t know what ASAP means here.
I am extremely disappointed. It was one of the very few times when I used Snapdeal.
Haven’t faced any such problem with ebay.in/flipkart so far.
