I never really trusted this website after all the bad name it got. But their sale ads were too good to ignore, and that’s how I got to this website.
Bad experience with the website:
Some packaging were not upto the mark for which the item inside got damaged and had to return it.
Some price items are misleading, like a product I ordered was priced more than 1000rs and with around 60% discount I got the deal for some 400rs. But to my dismay, when I got the product, the original price was 540rs only.
Good experiences:
- Easy returns with no questions asked. And easy refund.

Fast delivery.
Good customer support and after sales service.
Overall, snapdeal is a good deal!
