We are happy when nothing goes wrong with us. But this online business are so complicated that in one point of time you will also face some bad experience. Now here is where Flipkart and Amazon customer service shine and are far better. Snapdeal will never help you if you are in trouble.
I just wanted to try Snapdeal since its sometimes cheaper and always have some bank offers. I see most of items where good and packed well. But items like branded perfumes, soaps, etc where always duplicate I got.
Once I have ordered a body lotion which I got was totally spoiled and I refuse to take it. But the cornier guy ask me to call customer service. There I learned that this was non refundable item. Now I have brought something for 220 Rs but got it in totally non usable form. Now it was whose mistake and who should be in loss.As per Snapdeal customer service it was mine and I have to bear the cost.
But thank god this was very small amount and I am ok to learn a lesson from it.
The slimier things I have ordered from Flipkart and Amazon but there customer service rules are very nice that you will never loss your money.
This experience when I have shared with my friends, I have heard horrible stories of Snapdeal and I feel I am lucky to just loss 220 Rs.
Now coming to the point is it better to buy from Snapdeal?
Will I would say its totally risky, and you should never buy costly product where you get worst customer service. Also now as days Flipkart and Amazon also provide lot of offers and give product cheaper than snapdeal with better customer service.
