I have ordered a micromax canvas spark 4g on 8th Dec, 2016. It delivered on 14th Dec, 2016. After 2 hours I found connectivity issues and hanging. I raised a replacement issue and in ge process I had visited 2 times to the local service center as per their instruction they found the issue and referred me for the replacement. After that, I returned The product and they again resend the same product on 29th Dec. I have checked the phone and again the same issue found on the phone. They are more concern about sells rather service and support. So dont buy any electronics on snapdeal.
