I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from Snapdeal on July 6th( order id 2382062628), and I received only one pair after a week. I was surprised and I registered a complaint with them immediately. But I didn’t get any reply from them.
I used to call them once in 4 days and every time they used to say, they are still looking into it and will be resolved in 2 days. But now it has been more than 50 days and still they are telling the same.
I ordered shoes in flipkart and they delivered in 1 day. Now snapdeal is not refunding the money also. Its frustrating to call these people regularly.
Compared to snapdeal, Flipkart has better service. Personally I will say, please dont prefer snapdeal, if you get right product, then you have no issues. otherwise you will be wasting your time in calling their customer support
