I ordered a v-guard ac stabilizer from snapdeal it was 1000 rupees cheaper than market price and got delivered promptly. Opened the box the product was brand new but I found the product broken from outside.immediately send a replace request and contacted snapdeal team.they gave me snapdeal adress, I sent the package thru the same courier and when they received the courier they re funded the courier fees 200 rupees to freecharge account.
I redeemed it by recharging to my phone. they received the package, then they informed me that the stock of same product got finished so they asked if I am comfortable with a full refund, I said ok and after 5 working days the exact amount got credited back to my bank account.appreciate the snapdeal team co-operation and promptness .and disappointed that I could not get the product that cheaper and logistics and package handling could have been better, atleast for delicate electronic items such as this.
