Before few days I ordered a full set of Brother BT5000 Ink for my Brother Dcp T300 all in one printer. I assured me to give a genuine ink. After Delivery I used this ink on my printer for. After 7 days of using My printer stopped working. I called to brother service and they came in my house. after serving they told that this ink is totaly duplicate Brother BT5000 ink. I have to changed my printer head for using this duplicate ink. It was a big fraud from like Snapdeal. I contacted with snapdeal about this issue but they didn’t here my views. Its customers service is like worst. Snapdeal has no troll free number and they charged a high amount for calling them. That’s not a user friendly customer service. Its App version is very slow and not useful. So friends I want to tell you before shopping from Snapdeal please check the products details carefully. That’s my opinion.
