The snapdeal app is very waste online shopping app.
I order the product of February 27. the prodct Deliverd in the date of march 15. the 16 days gap. continuously I call the snapdeal customer care. attend my call the customer care lady then she tell’just minute Madom, I check your order then I call you back’ .
The minutes, hours, days, . ago not contact, then march 15th product is delivered. I ordered the product is combo set( 5 eye kajal+ 2 lip balm) . its very very bad product. all items is duplicate not a original product. the product look like all branded items, but all fake products. very bad. my money, time all. waste.
