The site seems to be appealing. products might be good.But here I want to write about the customtakeouter support. Yesterday I ordered 2 perfumes from snapdeal.com.Due to some network issue my payment failed.I tried again and this time it was succesfull. So my account got debited twice:(
Immediately I called customtakeouter support and he asked me to send the details and bank statement to help@snapdeal.com.
Today in the morning again they asked me to elaborate the issue. I sent the same details again.
More frustating is.They dint took any action after that and I received an email asking me for the feedback on customtakeouter support.
They think people are foolish and will rate them before their issue get resolved?
In evening I called the customtakeouter support.and he said "mam please send the details & account statement to help@snapdeal.com". I cannot explain how annoying it was to hear.
I fwded the same email to them again(3rd time). and now they are telling that they will revert back to me in next 24-48 hrs.
God knows when they wil revert back and the amount will be refunded.
